President of CKRDT, Lalita Nijhawan, Invited to Celebrate Launching of Club de IWEC India

India’s past and current IWEC awardees got together on 21st September 2022 in New Delhi at Maurya Sheraton to celebrate launching of Club de IWEC India, another foundation where Mrs. Lalita Nijhawan supports the cause of Women empowerment.

It was benchmarked as a landmark and memorable evening. All the awardees exchanged their knowledge and experiences and really came up with new ideas and how to take this club forward. The event was well attended by 51 women and a large number had flown from cities pan India to Delhi. It was really heartening to see that they all appreciated the idea of club de IWEC.

Club de IWEC was an enterprising and ambitious launch by Dr Harjinder Kaur Talwar (Board member IWEC and India chair India IWEC) and Mrs. Lalita Nijhawan (Global Ambassador from India).

The event was chaired by very popular Mr. Nitin Gadkari, Minister of Road transport & Highway in the Govt. Of India. He was also known as Flyovers man of India. He shared his remarkable efforts, contribution and strategies to integrate logistics, expressways, flyovers. He appreciated the zeal among the 51 present Indian business women at the event and encouraged the dynamism, leadership and mentorship to the rising women entrepreneurs across all the corners of India.
